Highly recommended! A great stay at a great hotel with superb staff. There had been a major flood in the hotel that was being cleaned up quietly and efficiently. All corridor carpets were being dried with dehumidifiers much in evidence. Not a problem! We had a splendid room with every faciity and very clean. Really comfortable bed. Beautiful shower room. Lovely crisp and clean towels. Really good quality of coffee in the room. A family sized microwave is not normally found in Hotels in the UK. We did not use it however what a splendid idea. We cannot praise the staff enough. A great front desk team - welcoming, efficient, friendly, helpful and ultra-professional. The room cleaning team were very equally friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfasts. A massive thank-you to all!

I have stayed in different room configurations, as I've stayed here alone as well as with my husband and daughter. Each room has been well-maintained to a high standard, as well as thoughtfully equipped. The reception staff are welcoming, professional, and helpful. Whether I am traveling alone or with my family, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

EVERYTHING!! It was an absolute beautiful hotel! Very well kept and a wonderful location right by the John Wayne Airport! (Easy when traveling with 4 kiddos!) Staff was super attentive to our needs given at ANY time..the rooms were SPOTLESS! An amazing experience for sure!

Loved the bathroom. It had a quality number of outlets and a mirror I could see myself in due to the surround lighting. Loved the table and sitting stool. Now if it had a mirror infront of it , it would be perfect.
