Highly recommended! A great stay at a great hotel with superb staff. There had been a major flood in the hotel that was being cleaned up quietly and efficiently. All corridor carpets were being dried with dehumidifiers much in evidence. Not a problem! We had a splendid room with every faciity and very clean. Really comfortable bed. Beautiful shower room. Lovely crisp and clean towels. Really good quality of coffee in the room. A family sized microwave is not normally found in Hotels in the UK. We did not use it however what a splendid idea. We cannot praise the staff enough. A great front desk team - welcoming, efficient, friendly, helpful and ultra-professional. The room cleaning team were very equally friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfasts. A massive thank-you to all!

This was my fifth stay at Hyatt House within the past 12 months as we have family living nearby. I have stayed in different room configurations, as I've stayed here alone as well as with my husband and daughter. Each room has been well-maintained to a high standard, as well as thoughtfully equipped. The reception staff are welcoming, professional, and helpful. Whether I am traveling alone or with my family, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Breakfast was ok. Could have been great if there was cinnamon available for the oatmeal and almond milk and ice for the coffee.

the room was very nice. Breakfast was better than you get at most hotels. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the mini kitchen and sitting area. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and nice. They did a great job.

EVERYTHING!! It was an absolute beautiful hotel! Very well kept and a wonderful location right by the John Wayne Airport! (Easy when traveling with 4 kiddos!) Staff was super attentive to our needs given at ANY time..the rooms were SPOTLESS! An amazing experience for sure!

Room was very clean and fully sound proofed. Breakfast was awesome with very nice and modest spread, new contents every other day. Breakfast was also served in clean and hygienic environment. In all breakfast was nice and tasty .

Loved the bathroom. It had a quality number of outlets and a mirror I could see myself in due to the surround lighting. Loved the table and sitting stool. Now if it had a mirror infront of it , it would be perfect.

The property was nice but expensive for one night and parking $20 per car was expensive and an added cost that wasn’t necessary. Good breakfast
